Queer Hangout
A Place to Arrive, Connect, and Hang Out
Our Queer Hangout at Lambda BB’s queer youth center is an open space for queer young people between the ages of 14 and 21.
Here, you can meet other queer young people, spend time together, try new activities, or simply relax and hang out. You do not need to prove anything, explain yourself, or already know exactly where you belong, you are welcome just as you are.

3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Current Monthly Program
Every month, we decide together what activities we feel like doing. Some activities are planned in advance, while others happen spontaneously based on everyone’s ideas and interests.
For example:
- Karaoke
- Cooking & baking together
- Board and card games
- Queerwolf
- Creative workshops
- Watching movies
- Relaxing in the garden
- Listening to music & chatting
- Trips and spontaneous activities
June Specials
June 12 – Queer Prom at Queerdom
The Queer Prom is an alternative prom night featuring music, karaoke, a photo corner, and many other activities.
We will meet at the youth center at 5:00 PM and travel to Queerdom together.
June 18 – Mini Golf at Adventure Golf
We will meet at the youth center and travel together to Adventure Golf in Berlin-Mitte.
June 24 – Picnic at Mauerpark
We will meet at the youth center and then head to Mauerpark together for a picnic in the sun.
Feel free to bring outdoor games if you’d like, and don’t forget your sunscreen!
Registration for Trips
Registration is required for all three special events.
You can get a registration form from us during the Queer Hangout opening hours at the youth center.
