Rebound
Queer grief support group for people aged 18–27
Every second Wednesday · 7:00 PM–9:00 PM
Rebound is a queer grief support group where grief is given space. Together, we want to talk about everyday challenges, share experiences, and explore different ways of coping with grief.
Our meetings can look very different from week to week: sometimes we talk, sometimes we do creative activities, and sometimes we simply spend time together.
What Matters to Us
Many queer grieving people experience that their grief is often overlooked or that others feel overwhelmed when dealing with it. At the same time, there are very few spaces where queer grief can be talked about openly.
Rebound aims to create a supportive space where people can connect, share experiences, and not feel alone with their grief.
What Our Meetings Can Look Like
We shape the group together and often decide spontaneously what feels right or helpful in the moment.
Possible activities include:
- creative workshops,
- painting or writing,
- game evenings,
- trips into nature,
- quiet discussion circles,
- or visiting events and exhibitions together.
It is important to us that everyone can help shape the group and that different needs and ways of grieving have space here.
